“There was a moment on a Greenland glacier — ice-rain drumming on our jackets — when a polar bear hauled itself from the water and held our gaze in perfect silence.
We felt something fragile yet utterly real. Back in the tent, we reached for colour pencils and sketched the ice ramparts, the glacier, and that solitary bear.
Those drawings were soon buried by everyday life, but the wish to meet the Scoresby Bear again never left us.
This little brass bear is that dream made solid — perhaps a bit clumsy, but sharing it makes me happy.”
A gentle-shaped solid brass bear, cast in one piece and mirror-polished by hand.
It brings a quiet sense of Arctic stillness to any shelf or desk. Use it as a heavy paperweight, a sculptural bookend, or a small-batch decor accent for lovers of Nordic calm and minimalist design.
