Shipping policy

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship from Hong Kong.

the United States(under construction), and the United Kingdom(under construction).

 

Shipping Costs:

All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of your order and its destination.

 

Processing & Lead Time:

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 7–21 business days from order placement to delivery. Custom finishes, special lengths, or plug conversions may require a few additional days.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. We do not process orders on major U.S. holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

 

Delivery Deadlines:

While we make every effort to meet requested timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once your parcel has left our facility. Delivery time is determined by the courier service. To avoid delays, we recommend placing your order well in advance of any deadline.

 

Refunds for Delayed Delivery:

Orders cannot be refunded while in transit. If your order does not arrive in time, you may return it once received, following our return policy. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Should any delivery issues arise, the recipient is responsible for working with the courier to resolve them, which may include arranging parcel collection at the courier’s local office. We will assist where possible, but recipient involvement is often essential for a prompt resolution.


Packaging & Sustainability:

Each item is carefully packed using secure, tamper-proof materials to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Whenever possible, we use packaging that is recyclable or sourced responsibly to help reduce environmental impact.


Damaged or Faulty Items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us at official@alotofhk.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for courier claims, and we may not be able to offer a free replacement.


Returns & Refunds:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at official@alotofhk.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unused condition and securely packaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued once returned items are received and inspected.


Non-Deliveries & Returned Shipments:

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee. Alternatively, you may request a refund once the returned parcel has been received; in this case, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
