Refund policy

General Refund Policy：

Orders cannot be refunded while in transit. Refunds are only processed once a returned item has been received, inspected, and approved according to our return policy.

Refunds for Delayed Delivery：

If your order does not arrive by your desired date, you may return it after delivery. Please contact us at official@alotofhk.com to arrange the return — refunds will be issued once the returned item is confirmed to be in its original, unused condition. Shipping and restocking fees may apply.

Refunds for Delivery Issues：

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. If delivery issues arise, the recipient is responsible for working with the courier to resolve them, which may include collecting the parcel from the local courier office. We will assist where possible, but recipient involvement is essential for a prompt resolution. Orders returned due to address errors or failed deliveries may be reshipped for an additional fee or refunded once received back, minus original shipping costs.

Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Items：

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at official@alotofhk.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund, as courier claims require timely notice.

 

Returns & Refunds for Change of Mind：

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us at official@alotofhk.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and securely packaged. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and approved.

Non-Deliveries & Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee. Alternatively, you may request a refund once the returned parcel has been received; in this case, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
