Responsibilities:
- Define brand positioning and communication strategy, ensuring a consistent, recognisable image.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing projects (traditional & new media, events, co-branding).
- Monitor market trends and competitors, translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop and implement annual/quarterly brand promotion plans.
- Build and maintain partnerships across industries, media, government, and community.

Website & Data Optimisation
Responsibilities:
- Regularly improve site structure, loading speed, and navigation flow.
- Execute SEO strategies: keyword research, meta tags, internal & external linking.
- Track website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior, delivering actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content and operations teams to align website copy with SEO best practices.
- Propose promotional and product page improvements based on data insights.

Social Media & Content Creator
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, X, TikTok, and more.
- Produce creative multimedia content (images, videos, short-form stories) aligned with brand voice.
- Write and publish blog posts. Maintain content quality and brand consistency across platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and photographers to ensure high visual standards.
