  • Monitor market trends and competitors, translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Develop and implement annual/quarterly brand promotion plans.

  • Build and maintain partnerships across industries, media, government, and community.

Website & Data Optimisation

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly improve site structure, loading speed, and navigation flow.

  • Execute SEO strategies: keyword research, meta tags, internal & external linking.

  • Track website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior, delivering actionable reports.

  • Collaborate with content and operations teams to align website copy with SEO best practices.

  • Propose promotional and product page improvements based on data insights.

Social Media & Content Creator

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, X, TikTok, and more.

  • Produce creative multimedia content (images, videos, short-form stories) aligned with brand voice.

  • Write and publish blog posts. Maintain content quality and brand consistency across platforms.

  • Coordinate with designers and photographers to ensure high visual standards.
